The club operates under a 28 day per year license, this means that we have a limited offering of dedicated shooting dates available for private parties, so please contact us to check availability and to make a booking.
The cost per person per round is £30.00, this includes 50 Cartridges, 50 Targets, Hire of Gun (in accordance with the clubs exemption under Section 11.6 Firearms Act 1968) and Instruction.
Private Days
For Private days (opened exclusively for your party) we ask for a minimum of 15 persons (£450.00), we are happy to open in this way for parties smaller than this providing the minimum £450.00 is paid
Scheduled Days
We can offer corporate events in the afternoon following a club shoot, for scheduled days we ask for a minimum of 12 persons (£360.00) again we are willing to open for parties smaller than this providing the minimum £360.00 is paid these dates can be found here.
Note: Each additional person above the minimum number per event is charged at the standard rate of £30.00pp
Catering
We can arrange a variety of catering options for your party served at a The Church Inn, full details upon request.
Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking with the remaining balance being due 2 weeks prior to event.
Refund
If for some reason the committee cancel the shoot you will be refunded 50% of the monies paid, the remaining 50% will be held as a deposit against another booking provided it is within the same year.
